Do you already have to have a Dynamics 365 CRM to use Customer Insights?
No Customer Insights can be used independently of a CRM. It connects to multiple data sources including Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, SQL databases, or flat files. The integration with the Microsoft ecosystem is native, but the openness remains total.
What is the difference between Customer Insights and a traditional CRM?
