Your missions
As QA Manual (with an appetite or experience in automation), and under the responsibility of the QA Lead, you will be a central player in the product life cycle. Your missions will include:
- Define the test strategy adapted to each phase (sprint, release, project), taking into account risks, dependencies and business challenges.
- Analyze functional and technical needs, anticipate impacts on existing modules, and participate actively in the drafting of specifications.
- Design, write, execute and maintain test plans and cases covering the various types of checks (Functional Tests, Non-Regression Tests, Exploratory Tests, Integration Tests, Integration Tests, Smoke Tests, Performance Tests)
- Identify, document and monitor anomalies until they are resolved, in close collaboration with development teams.
- Generate receipt reports and formalize the validation of deliverables
- Collaborate on a daily basis with the Product and Development teams to ensure optimal coverage of user needs
- Be a source of proposals to improve the quality of the product (functional, UX, technical)
- Contribute to the automation of tests according to your skills or ambitions (Identify cases to be automated, Develop or maintain automation scripts)
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives) as a quality guarantor
- Monitor and analyze project quality KPIs with the Scrum Master (coverage rate, reopening rate, resolution time...)
Profile wanted
- Graduate of a Bac+5 in computer science, software engineering or equivalent, obtained from a major engineering school or a recognized institution.
- You justify a first significant experience in the field of software quality.

Technical skills
- Management and documentation tools : JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestLink, Xray, Confluence
- API testing : Good command of Postman and Swagger
- Software life cycle : Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC, ability to intervene at all phases of the project
- Test automation (required) : Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework or equivalent, and understanding of development concepts
- Web environments : Experience in testing web applications (front-end and back-end)
- ERP/CRM : Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 appreciated
- Cloud : Microsoft Azure concepts
- Certificates: Certification ISTQB Foundation highly appreciated.
- Languages: Excellent mastery of frenchmen And of theEnglish, both orally and in writing.
