Your missions
- Overseeing our infrastructure : you ensure the proper functioning of internal IT environments, whether they are Cloud infrastructures, physical equipment (laptops, peripherals, routers, etc.) or digital tools made available to teams.
- Manage the computer park : you are in charge of the inventory, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of computer hardware (user workstations, printers, peripherals...), in line with our equipment strategy.
- Optimize and innovate : you identify areas for improvement and implement them, especially on our Cloud infrastructure, in a DevOps approach focused on performance and security.
- Strengthening cybersecurity : you guarantee the application of best practices (access management, antivirus, MDM, security policies).
- Ensuring user support : you deal with incidents and requests from employees, while structuring and optimizing our support processes (documentation, tools, automation).
- Follow production releases : you coordinate the various internal and external actors to ensure smooth deployments on our servers.
- Contribute to the quality approach : you actively participate in the implementation of the ISO 9001 certification, by documenting IT procedures and by structuring internal processes.
- Manage supplier relationships : you are the privileged interlocutor of our telecom operators, computer hardware suppliers and technical service providers to guarantee the quality of service, supplies and compliance with contractual commitments.
Your profile
Formation : Bac +3 minimum in computer science or equivalent.
Experiment : You have a successful first experience in a similar position.
Technical skills :
- Good control of environments Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Mastery of the tools of computer asset management And of MDM.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Skills in DevOps (CI/CD, containers) and cybersecurity are a real plus.
Personal qualities :
- You are standalone, stringent, structured, with a good Spirit of synthesis.
- You have a sense of service and know how to evolve both internally and with external partners.
Languages :
- You are comfortable in frenchmen And in English, both written and oral.
